    Having the morning off was the perfect end to the challenge. I got my yoga practice and a walk in, along with watching my climate change video to finish my last one time challenges!

    It was fun seeing these this morning. Now to focus on the daily actions, and work on some of the other challenges just for fun!

    Delicious veggies through out the day yesterday. However, celebrating a birthday killed my refined sugar intake today.

    We have started our bed time routine earlier. Getting to bed earlier has been lovely for the whole family.
