Enjoyed my second Wildflower Walk with CDLT's Susan Ballinger yesterday evening. There are so many wonderful flowers beyond the balsam root and lupine that I used to miss, but now my eye will be trained to look for them.

Walked part of the loop on Friday, then biked it with six family members on Saturday. Such a beautiful time of year in this valley.

I was just reminded by a fellow EcoChallenger about the "gratitude" option in the Health category. I'll be sending one email per day to let my peeps know how thankful I am to have them in my life.
