    Great!! It's made me be accountable for my health on a daily basis and it's also made me make life changing changes with products I buy for my household.

    Instead of buying plastic water bottle at the mini mart I brought my Nalgene water bottle to work and will only use this here on out.

    On my lunch break I ran down to the loop trail and ran 5 miles in 47 minutes (according to my health app on my Iphone).

    On May 13 I went to the WRAC and ran 4 miles exceeding my 30 minute goal. I ran for 45 minutes. 

    On May 14 I went to the WRAC and  ran 4.5 miles and did weights for about 20 minutes.

    I replaced all the toxic chemicals in my house with nontoxic.  My house cleaning supplies are now non toxic.
