    I just started a new job with a new company and had to have a physical done. My physical went great, the doctor said that I am extremely healthy and that I have excellent hearing.

    I have been lifting weights regularly for the past 8 years now but since this challenge started, I have done more cardio which has been a huge benefit to my stamina at the gym.

    For the past couple of weeks I have been get more that seven hours a night in sleep, it has made getting up for the day much easier.
