    Big shout out and thank you to our Team Captain Josh!!!  Thank you for encouraging us to join and enjoy the process along the way.  I have definitely learned some things that I will carry forward in my daily life.  Have a great long weekend.  Cheers to all!

    I am truly thankful for the wonderful area we live in.  So many things we can do outside to stay healthy and energized.  Learning new ways to be better stewards of our environment is pretty empowering and feels refreshing.  Thank you to our team captain for sharing this challenge and encouraging all of us to participate.

    Watched Food Matters and Cowspearacy and found both very interesting.  You may or may not agree with the documentary, but none the less it creates dialog to help provide further ideas and possible solutions for our future and our families future.
