Enjoyed my second Wildflower Walk with CDLT's Susan Ballinger yesterday evening. There are so many wonderful flowers beyond the balsam root and lupine that I used to miss, but now my eye will be trained to look for them.

Hello, I was at rocking reach dam today. With my class. It was really fun to have Narelly Landin to be with, because we could talk about the Eco challenge and other things.

Today, at my stage kids potluck. It was hard to find something that wasn't meatless. Though I managed! I used reusable containers, bags, and exercised alot  more, by doing cartwheels, handstands, bridges, and round-offs. Today was awesome

Walked part of the loop on Friday, then biked it with six family members on Saturday. Such a beautiful time of year in this valley.
