Protect our Children

I have been turning off the shower water when I'm lathering shampoo in my hair, this is starting to be a pretty big deal, I feel so aware of conservation that it's constantly in the back of my mind.. I forgot my reusable bag to go into the store yesterday and felt guilty for getting the plastic bag.

I'm constantly reminding my kids to no let the water run when they are brushing their teeth, they don't like it but they will learn.

60 minute spin class at 5:10 am.  Phew!!!  :)
