Samuel Snead 5/26/2017 6:52 AMI just started a new job with a new company and had to have a physical done. My physical went great, the doctor said that I am extremely healthy and that I have excellent hearing. -
Samuel Snead 5/26/2017 6:51 AMI have been lifting weights regularly for the past 8 years now but since this challenge started, I have done more cardio which has been a huge benefit to my stamina at the gym. -

Lindsay Guest 5/14/2017 7:42 PMOn May 13 I went to the WRAC and ran 4 miles exceeding my 30 minute goal. I ran for 45 minutes.
On May 14 I went to the WRAC and ran 4.5 miles and did weights for about 20 minutes. -
